2016 is going to be an exciting year.
There’s already a lot in store for the Trouvaille Studios team and the year has barely begun. There’s weddings to attend, trips to be traveled, and other milestones to be achieved.
Because of all of this, it’s important to have clear goals to focus on. To make sure that among all the madness, we don’t lose sight certain things that are equally important (though maybe not as exciting).
I’ve been slowly but surely getting rid of those extra things lying around the house. That pair of tights that are too long. That dress I know I’ll never wear. But it’s time to finally get serious, make real progress to get rid of clutter, and learn to let go of things.
A few years ago, I started keeping a planner to help track what I had going on each day. This year, I want to take it up a notch a keep a daily journal / scrapbook as well. Already armed with a blank notebook, pens, and embellishments, I’m hoping this is one resolution I stick with.
3. Project Blanket
Knit, purl, knit, purl. I’ve already started on knitting a giant blanket to hopefully wrap myself in by next winter. At three feet long and one foot wide, it’s going to take a while to reach the proper size.
What are some of your resolutions for the new year?
